If a phone call is necessary, I will take calls personally from Mon. to Thurs, 1pm to 4pm Eastern ONLY.

Also note that we've cancelled our voicemail. I don't want to waste a minute of your time playing voicemail tag or going through assistants. If you get a busy signal, you know I'm there helping someone like you.
